Annual General Meeting
1030 Sunday 1 August 2010
The Annual General Meeting of SAA Queensland Inc. will be held at the Coorparoo
RSL Club on Sunday 1st August 2010 commencing at 1030.

All Management Committee positions will be vacated at this Annual General Meeting
and all positions opened for nominations. Nominees for office on the Management
Committee must be:-

  1. Full Members of the Association
  2. Be proposed and seconded by a full member of the Association
  3. Nominee must sign the nomination form that they are willing to serve on the
    Committee

Nominations for the following vacancies on the Management are required
  1. President
  2. Vice President
  3. Secretary
  4. Treasurer
  5. Up to 3 Committee Members

If there are insufficient nominations for office received prior to the closing date
nominations may be called from the floor.
