Did you know that your MSBS and DFRDB / DFRB retirement benefits are being constantly eroded and your standard of living is being continually reduced because the Government treats you differently than other Australians by refusing to protect the purchasing power of your military superannuation benefit ?
This page provides a link to the Defence Force Welfare Association website where you can see the very latest information related to the drive to obtain a "Fair Go" for military superannuants.
THE FAIR GO! INDEXATION CAMPAIGN
The Fair Go! campaign is being undertaken to pursue the issue providing, amongst other things, fair indexation to military superannuation pensions.
Background documents / information prior to 2009 can be found by clicking on the main menu on the left of this screen "Previous documents in the Indexation debate".

The 2010 Election Campaign. Between late July and the election on 21 August the DFWA joined with a number of other Ex Service Organisations in a campaign (The Fair GO! Campaign) aimed at informing the electorate of the views of the major political parties on matters relating to indexation and Defence superannuation. Information on the 2010 campaign is found at the bottom of this page.
The Fair Go! public awareness campaign is and will remain apolitical, that is, politically neutral. For the 2010 Federal Election Fair Go! asked all parties, equally, for their intentions in regard to four key matters affecting the Defence Family: reform of military superannuation pension indexation, equitable treatment of veteran disability pensions, certainty in military compensation, and aspects of veteran health care.
